The Tyne Toucan Salmon fly has been a closely kept secret for the last few seasons until revealed to the public in the Trout & Salmon magazine recently. This beautiful red and golden fly is absolutely deadly in peat or dark flowing rivers. It has a wonderful pulsating front hackle which has been the downfall of many Salmon and of course has produced plenty of sport for the angler. This is a superb fly all season but we know it does especially well in the Autumn.
