The RS Baby TD has been on one of our very best selling and most successful tubes for summer salmon fishing. Ron quickly realised there was a gap in the market for tiny Temple Dog tubes after seeing how deadly the large Scandinavian TDs were.
The combination of orange, black & yellow is a highland favourite so a gold body was added and the RS Baby TD was born.
Ron tested the tubes over a whole summer on various rivers and his success was very quickly noted by the whole angling community. From just before dawn until after dusk, these stunning little tubes keep catching and Ron had his biggest combined season ever on the Helmsdale & Brora rivers.
Ron fished these on a dropper system with the Baby TD always the tail fly and various dropper patterns in size 10 doubles unless the water was higher and slightly coloured.
