Ok, so if you have not heard of the Alistair fly or not fished it yet then it is time! This is a highland legend that has rapidly grown in popularity throughout the UK, and it works overseas too. There are a few versions of this unique summer tube from the unassuming bushy bunch of roughly cut yellow bucktail tied onto a bare plastic tube with red thread to the one you now see here which Ron has given all the spoils to. He has turned a very basic tube into an outstanding all round design for the full season. These have real junglecock for spring, summer and Autumn and you will not see a better looking Alistair tube on the planet!
